Ehud Huberman, Director, Chairman mofet Innovation Accelerator
Ehud Huberman is an attorney and a partner in the law firm of Sheptnisky
Halfin, and Huberman. he is a veteran entreprneur and led the investment group that made the first privet investment in an israeli incubator
in1992. Ehud has been on the board of directors of Misgav since 1992.
he recived his law degree from Tel-Aviv university.
Yossi Ron, CEO
Yossi Ron is the CEO of the Mofet B’Yehuda
Innovation Accelerator. He holds a BA in industrial engineering
and management from Tel Aviv University. Ron has over 20 years
of extensive managerial experience in industry including the
establishment and management of an aviation electronic equipment
production factory AEROMAOZ, which became a leading global
company under Ron's leadership. Prior to his appointment as CEO,
Ron served as a senior organizational consultant in the Teom
company, in which his activities included crystallizing
operation patterns for the Office of the Chief Scientist,
Israel’s Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Hillel Lerman, VP Business
Development
Hillel Lerman is the director of business
development at the Mofet B'Yehuda Innovation Accelerator. He
holds a BA in industrial engineering and management from Ben
Gurion University of the Negev. Previously, he managed the
scheduling of a $200 million project in the South of Israel.
Lerman was responsible for recruiting funding and finding
strategic partners for new business technologies at Ben Gurion
University’s Research Laboratories. Additionally, he established
and ran the first factory in Israel for computerized sign
engraving and the “Sheletron” company which produces unique
systems for computer-controlled electronic billboards. In
partnership with the ScanVec company, which is traded on NASDAQ,
he founded a start-up to develop and produce computerized data
systems for office buildings.
Doron Sherf, VP New Ventures
Doron Sherf serves as the director of new
project development at the Mofet B'Yehuda Innovation
Accelerator. He holds an MBA from Hebrew University, with
specialization in marketing, business initiatives and finance.
His duties at Mofet B'Yehuda include checking new R&D project
applications, project upgrading, building start-up companies,
recruiting investors and writing business plans. His expertise
lies in establishing technological companies and start-ups, and
he is active in raising investment from private investors and
venture capitalists. Prior to coming to Mofet B'Yehuda, Sherf
was deputy director-general of marketing and business
development in an electronic engineering company and served as
deputy director-general of marketing at Kivun Computers.
